Recruitment Process (End-to-End)
Sourcing & Initial Screening
Recruiters are responsible for candidate sourcing, audio/voice note evaluation (pronunciation, accent neutrality, fluency and grammar), and CV screening for relevant experience.
Job Offer & Application
Recruiters provide full job details and guide candidates through the application form. Ensure all fields are fully completed, visible effort is demonstrated, and no placeholder responses (e.g., "N/A", "I sent it", "..").
Dial Expert Validation
Video or Loom submissions scored on a 1–5 scale. Interview and assessment invitations sent via email (recruiter CC'd) and WhatsApp confirmations.
Final Interviews
Conducted via Google Calendar or Calendly with time zone alignment: GMT+2 (Winter), GMT+3 (Summer). Punctuality is mandatory.
